Once you've received your order you have 5 days to request a refund. Do not attempt to apply or use the goods before returning them as this will void your return.
Refunds are only eligible if you return the item untampered and in its original condition.
Discounted sale items are unable to be refunded. We can instead offer you a store credit voucher.
Custom controllers as part of our second-hand 'Controller Trade-In' or 'Build Your Dream Controller' services are unable to be refunded or exchanged.

If your returns request is accepted at the discretion of our customer service team, we will then ask you to complete a digital returns form and provide you with the correct returns address (our returns hub is in the US).
It is up to you to choose how to return the goods back to us, however, we strongly advise that you used a tracked returns service and the original (or similar) packaging as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that we do not receive or arrive back to us damaged.
We cannot cover the cost of returning your products. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for an exchange or refund are your responsibility.
Once we receive the goods back, we will notify you via your chosen communication method (SMS or email) within 1 business day. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed. Please allow an extra 5 working days for this to show on your statement. We do not refund the original shipping cost unless your goods are faulty.
